Employees working for Fides have to successfully complete a formal Close Protection training course to obtain a UK Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
Fides choose to use personnel trained by Anubis Associates Limited (www.anubisltd.com) who is the only private security company in the UK recommended by the MOD Career Transition Partnership (CTP) for their in-house Close Protection training specifically for the resettlement of armed service-leavers.
To demonstrate the quality of the Anubis CP course it is also accredited by the UK Skills for Security organization who is the skills and standards setting body for the UK SIA and the security business sector.
