Nutrition: extremely high in vitamin B12. Very high in omega 3: containing nearly twice as much per unit weight as does salmon. Unlike King mackerel and Spanish mackerel, Northern Atlantic Mackerel is very low in mercury.

SPICE-MARINATED PORTIONS
Exclusively ready-to-cook portions, with several differents spice-marinades to choose from. Only made from raw material choose between Cod, Haddock or Pollock. Some examples of spices:
Standard packaging can be put directly into boiling water or microwave owen to minimize preparation time and simplify cooking. In addition to standard products – production and packaging according to customers own specifications and requirements regarding product applications and packaging.
